OUR PROGRAMS

To strengthen the capacity of Community Development Committees (CDCs) in comprehensive development planning, participants were trained in problem analysis, resource identification, budgeting, activity scheduling, and results-based planning. The workshops included brainstorming sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises. Participants successfully developed preliminary community plans, reflecting their strong interest in continuing the training to enhance their governance and follow-up skills.
